Domestic violence is an aggressive behavior within the home, typically involving the violent abuse of a spouse or partner. Today this crisis in our country continues to unfold. We see and hear women being abused by their intimate partner or even children coming home to this aggression. And what do we do? Most people, well they would just sit back because it's not their problem. But what if you were in their shoes, then what?

I have witness domestic violence at a young age of three, from my dad towards my mother. From that day forward I protect my mom, keep her at an eye level distances. Never leaving her side. I've also experience one of my teammates coming to the team sharing what was going on at her house. My team isn't like any other team we have each others back. So we took it upon our self's to confront our coach about this event that occurred. Domestic violence is a crisis in the world and it need to come to a stop. No person or animal should be treated with this type of disrespect. Everyone needs to come together and figure out how to stop this madness!
