Most of abuse goes unheard and aren't taken as serious as it should be. There isn't just physical abuse, there is sexual abuse and verbal abuse and many more that people are ignorant to. For starters domestic violence happens a lot and not only with woman but men, children, and even animals. Domestic violence is a vulgar thing and should be stopped but one cannot blame those who go through it for not speaking up because no one can for sure know the true severity without going through it. Bring broken down by works hurts just as much as someones fist. It happens a lot around us and not enough people stand up for the victim. People need to speak up and be aware of all forms of domestic violence not only to protect yourself but to protect others as well.
